These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include pertinent details such as the event dates, venue location in Pickering, and the registrant’s confirmed participation status.
Delegates are advised to submit their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates, as processing times vary significantly across different countries and consulates. The secretariat endeavours to dispatch invitation letters promptly upon request, ensuring applicants have the necessary documentation at the earliest opportunity.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organisation does not guarantee the granting of a Canadian visa or entry into Canada. Visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant Canadian immigration authorities, and applicants are responsible for meeting all immigration requirements independently.

Call for Papers – 15th International Conference on Oil, Gas, and Petroleum Engineering
Scholars, practitioners, and independent researchers are warmly invited to submit original manuscripts that challenge conventional thinking and introduce fresh perspectives across all domains of oil, gas, and petroleum engineering. Submissions addressing energy transition pathways, novel drilling technologies, carbon capture integration, or geopolitical energy security are particularly encouraged for the 2026 Pickering programe.
