- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 13th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership, delegates who require an official invitation letter for travel or institutional purposes may formally request one through the conference secretariat. These letters are issued on official conference letterhead and confirm your accepted status as a registered participant, presenter, or invited speaker at the Toronto 2026 event.
Invitation letters are typically processed within a defined number of business days following receipt of full payment and confirmation of registration. The document will include relevant conference details such as dates, venue information, and the nature of your participation, providing the documentation commonly required by universities, employers, or travel administrative offices.
It is important to note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support delegates in their travel preparations, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government or immigration authority. Delegates are solely responsible for initiating their visa applications well in advance and must comply with all requirements stipulated by the relevant embassy or consulate.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 13th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership
Scholars and practitioners worldwide are invited to submit original contributions that challenge conventional narratives, introduce innovative methodologies, or present empirical findings relevant to women in business and leadership. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 13th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Women in Governance and Board Leadership, Women’s Innovation and Entrepreneurial Strategy or Women’s Economic Empowerment and Social Impact.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
