- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 15th International Conference on African Business and Technology, delegates are entitled to request an official invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee. This document is specifically designed to support participants in their travel preparations and may be submitted alongside a Canadian visa application as evidence of the purpose and duration of the intended visit to Markham.
The invitation letter will clearly reference the registrant’s name, institutional affiliation, and the dates and location of the conference. Our secretariat endeavors to process all letter requests in a timely manner so that delegates have sufficient time to complete their visa applications and make appropriate travel arrangements well ahead of the 2026 event.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to registered participants, the issuance of such a letter does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry into Canada. All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are encouraged to apply early and consult official Canadian immigration resources for guidance.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

The 15th International Conference on African Business and Technology warmly invites original research submissions that push the boundaries of knowledge at the crossroads of African commerce, digital innovation, and economic transformation. Scholars and practitioners from all disciplines are encouraged to submit abstracts and full papers that offer fresh perspectives, empirical depth, and theoretical rigor relevant to the African business and technology landscape.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Markham, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 15th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example African Market Expansion and Investment Opportunities, FinTech, Mobile Money, and Financial Inclusion or Business Analytics and Data-Driven Innovation.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
