Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 15th International Conference on African Business and Technology, delegates are entitled to request an official invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee. This document is specifically designed to support participants in their travel preparations and may be submitted alongside a Canadian visa application as evidence of the purpose and duration of the intended visit to Markham.
The invitation letter will clearly reference the registrant’s name, institutional affiliation, and the dates and location of the conference. Our secretariat endeavors to process all letter requests in a timely manner so that delegates have sufficient time to complete their visa applications and make appropriate travel arrangements well ahead of the 2026 event.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to registered participants, the issuance of such a letter does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry into Canada. All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are encouraged to apply early and consult official Canadian immigration resources for guidance.

The 15th International Conference on African Business and Technology warmly invites original research submissions that push the boundaries of knowledge at the crossroads of African commerce, digital innovation, and economic transformation. - Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
