- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, the 15th International Conference on Economics is pleased to provide official invitation letters to accepted participants who require documentation for travel planning, institutional approval, or funding applications. These letters are issued by the conference secretariat and confirm your status as a registered delegate, presenter, or co-author in the 2026 Oakville program.
Invitation letters include key conference details such as dates, venue information, and the title of your accepted submission where applicable. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website after payment of the applicable registration fee has been confirmed, and letters are typically dispatched within five working days of a completed request.
It is important to note that while the conference secretariat will provide a formal invitation letter to support your travel documentation process, the issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant governmental and consular authorities, and applicants are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 15th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Applied Economics and Economic Modeling, Health Economics and Public Policy or Urban, Regional, and Housing Economics.
