- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 9th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science in Toronto, Canada, participants may request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements. This letter is issued by the conference secretariat and formally confirms your acceptance and scheduled participation in the 2026 event, serving as documentation for institutional travel approvals, funding applications, or leave requests.
To receive an invitation letter, attendees must have completed their conference registration and, where applicable, have an accepted paper or confirmed presentation slot. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal with accurate personal and institutional details, as the letter will be tailored specifically to the individual registrant and their role in the event.
Please be aware that while the conference invitation letter is provided as a courtesy to facilitate your participation, it does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. - Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Call for Papers – 9th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science
Scholars and practitioners worldwide are invited to submit original, unpublished contributions that advance the frontiers of information technology and computer science for the 2026 Toronto edition. We welcome full research papers, work-in-progress reports, and applied case studies that reflect sound methodology and meaningful contribution to the field.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Toronto, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 9th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Computer Architecture and Systems Performance, Database Management and Data Engineering or Computer Vision and Intelligent Imaging.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- Recipients of the Best Paper Award will receive a certificate of excellence, prominently recognized at the closing session, along with highlighted promotion of their work across all official ICITCS 2026 communication channels and partner networks
