These letters are issued on official conference letterhead and include essential details such as the participant’s name, affiliation, registration status, and the conference dates and location in Vaughan, Canada.
To request an invitation letter, attendees must have completed their conference registration and paid the applicable fees in full. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the official conference website, and the secretariat endeavors to process all requests promptly so that applicants have sufficient time to prepare their travel documentation.
It is important for all applicants to understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by ICITCS 2026 serves solely as confirmation of conference participation and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities of Canada, and each applicant bears full responsibility for submitting a complete and accurate visa application in accordance with the requirements of the appropriate consulate or embassy.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Call for Papers – 8th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 8th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Software Engineering and System Reliability, Distributed Computing and Service-Oriented Architecture or Computer Vision and Machine Perception.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
