- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for ICITCS 2026, the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to delegates who require documentation for institutional approval, funding applications, or travel planning purposes. These letters are issued promptly following the confirmation of registration and payment, and they contain all pertinent conference details including dates, venue, and the registrant’s participation role.
Invitation letters for ICITCS 2026 are prepared on official conference letterhead. Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal, accompanied by your registration confirmation number.
Please be aware that while the ICITCS 2026 organizing committee is committed to supporting your travel preparation by issuing formal invitation letters in a timely manner, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government or immigration authority. All visa applications remain subject to the sole discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or border services agency, and delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 7th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science
The 7th ICITCS 2026 invites original, unpublished contributions that push the frontiers of information technology and computer science across both theoretical and applied dimensions. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 7th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Software Project Management and Engineering, Information Systems and Enterprise Computing or Big Data Analytics and Data Engineering.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- Each recipient of a Best Paper Award at ICITCS 2026 will be honored with an award certificate and public recognition at the conference’s closing session, with the achievement formally announced across the conference’s international academic networks
- Winning authors will receive priority consideration for an invitation to submit an expanded version of their recognized paper to a designated partner journal, providing an accelerated pathway toward high-impact archival publication
