Requests for invitation letters must be submitted after completing full conference registration and, where applicable, after receiving notification of paper acceptance. The letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and will include your name, institutional affiliation, registration reference number, and the confirmed dates and location of the event in Brampton, Canada. Delegates are encouraged to retain a copy for all travel-related applications.
Please note that while the conference invitation letter is a recognized supporting document, it does not guarantee the issuance of a visa or travel permit by any immigration authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate of the destination country, and applicants are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates to allow sufficient processing time.
