Registration Fees
- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support international participants in their travel planning, the organizing committee of the 9th International Conference on Accounting and Financial Management offers official invitation letters to authors and registered attendees upon request. These letters confirm your participation status, your accepted submission details where applicable, and the event’s credentials, providing the documentation typically required by consular and institutional bodies.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference registration portal after completing payment and receiving confirmation of acceptance or registration. The letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and signed by the conference secretariat, typically within three to five business days of a verified request. Attendees are advised to apply well in advance of any visa application deadlines.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permission by Canadian immigration authorities or any other governmental body. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or border authority, and applicants are solely responsible for meeting all immigration requirements applicable to their nationality and circumstances.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 9th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Managerial Accounting and Financial Control, Audit Risk and Assurance Engagements or Financial Statement Analysis and Performance Review.
