Invitation Letter Support
To support your travel planning and institutional approval processes, the conference secretariat is pleased to issue official invitation letters to all registered delegates upon successful confirmation of their registration and, where applicable, acceptance of their submitted work. These letters are prepared on official conference letterhead and include all relevant event details, your participation role, and the dates and location in Toronto, Canada.
Invitation letters are dispatched promptly following receipt of your completed registration payment, and the secretariat strives to process all requests within five business days. Should your institution or funding body require additional documentation such as a program schedule or author acceptance notice, our team is ready to provide supplementary materials to strengthen your travel application.
It is important to note that while the conference is glad to facilitate this documentation, the issuance of an official invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government authority. All visa-related decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration body of the destination country, and delegates are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.
Terms & Conditions
- Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
