Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference registration portal after completing the registration and payment process. The secretariat endeavors to process and dispatch invitation letters promptly, ensuring that delegates have sufficient time to complete any administrative or institutional requirements ahead of their travel to Toronto.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is committed to supporting your attendance planning, the issuance of an official invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or serve as an undertaking on behalf of any immigration authority.
