Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, participants may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their travel and administrative arrangements. The invitation letter is prepared promptly following payment confirmation and is issued on official conference letterhead bearing the signatures of the organising committee. Delegates are encouraged to submit their request as early as possible to allow sufficient time for any institutional or consular processing requirements.
Please note that while the conference secretariat will provide every reasonable documentation support to facilitate your attendance in Toronto, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or any other travel authorisation; all immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities.

Call for Papers – 1st International Conference on African Culture and Sociology
