Invitation Letter Support

Registered participants who require documentation to support their travel arrangements to Toronto may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter confirms the individual’s acceptance and registration status and is typically used to facilitate travel bookings, institutional approvals, or funding applications. Requests can be submitted through the participant portal once registration and payment have been successfully completed.

The invitation letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and will include relevant event details such as the conference title, dates, location, and the participant’s role — whether as a presenting author, co-author, or attending delegate. Letters are generally dispatched within five to seven business days of a completed request, and digital copies are provided by default, with hard copies available upon special request.

While the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to international attendees, it is important for all applicants to understand that the issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada.
