These letters confirm your registration status, the dates and location of the event, and the nature of your participation, whether as a presenting author, co-author, or attending delegate.
To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, receive notification of paper acceptance. Requests should be submitted through the official portal with full details including your name as it appears in your travel documents, institutional affiliation, and country of residence, allowing the secretariat to produce accurate and timely correspondence.
Please be advised that an invitation letter issued by the conference is a courtesy document intended solely to facilitate your travel arrangements and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval.
