Dr. Afzalur Rahman holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in International Business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. He is a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), underscoring his expertise in both international trade and human resource management.
